Numerous areas of damage and I’m pretty sure that pulling apart to add the offered unscratched/undented replacement panels would cause yet more imperfections to the overall locker. As such I accepted 10% refund which translated to £15. This would seem to acknowledge that the lockers aren’t worth much! Not good. Anyway- if you get lucky the lockers look great (I’d imagine). Not a happy customer here and won’t be back which is a shame as I actually need more lockers!

Der Schrank kam schnell, war super verpackt, besser geht's nicht. Der Aufbau ist einfach mit Anleitung und Video, hier gilt "in der Ruhe liegt die Kraft", da die Teile wie z.B. Deckel sehr "tight" sitzen, aber so soll es ja auch sein. Und der Schrank sieht einfach schön und cool aus in meinem Büro zu Hause.
Great locker, I love the colour (lilac) although it's a little more intense then it's seems on the picture.
The instruction is good but not clear at every step. E.g. which side of the front of the drawer faces up because it's not symmetrical. And because I didn't put the drawer slides in correctly it took me a while but I got there eventually - but totally my fault.
I only have the locker for a week now but it looks great, fits a lot of things and shipping was fast. Took about a week to Germany.
Nice solid bleu locker, very easy to assemble. Looks catchy next to the baby bleu SMEG refrigerator.
These drawers look good and appear pretty sturdy but I would not buy them again. They were left outside my apartment building, although they were recorded as signed for.
Additionally, I used the guidance video and the assembly instructions, and there were two of us, but it took half a day and at several points I nearly gave up because it was so difficult. Attaching the runners to the drawers was particularly challenging and ultimately involved prying them on with a screwdriver, scratching up the metal in the process (same with the foldable tags you use to attach the backs of the drawers to the body of them). Not worth it compared to other options.
So happy with the purchase. The instructions were really easy to follow with both printed booklet and a video. Took about 90 mins to put together on my own. Arrived in very protective packaging very quickly. Feels such great quality.

I've been really pleased with the look and feel of my new lockers - the Fulham, the Soho and the Bexley - as well as the great storage they provide. I was also v. impressed by Urban's customer service... fast and efficient: the problems I thought I had were quickly resolved. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
